JUVÉDERM® is a hyaluronic facial filler that is designed to fill aging lines and wrinkles. Unlike BOTOX® Cosmetic and Dysport®, JUVÉDERM actually adds volume to the face, giving the face a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance. JUVÉDERM can have amazing effects on fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, surgical scars, and on undefined lips. Available in two formulas, JUVÉDERM Ultra and JUVÉDERM Ultra Plus can treat a wide range of issues from fine lines to more pronounced wrinkles and even lip augmentation. Developed from a natural substance, JUVÉDERM has a very natural feel and effect on the appearance of the face. Dr. Matthew Malamet offers both JUVÉDERM Ultra and JUVÉDERM Ultra Plus for patients seeking minimally-invasive facial rejuvenation procedures, combining these treatments with other facial rejuvenation procedures to produce the very best results.

JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC
JUVÉDERM VOLUMA XC is designed to increase or restore long-lasting volume in the cheek and midface area. This state-of-the-art hyaluronic acid (HA) facial filler was the first to be FDA-approved specifically for this purpose. Commonly injected within the apple, apex, or hollow of the cheek, VOLUMA can provide a subtle lift and improved fullness to the cheek area, resulting in a reduction of wrinkles and fine lines in the midface area. VOLUMA is approved for patients 21 years and older and is a popular non-surgical alternative to cheek implants. Results can typically be seen immediately after treatment, and often may last up to two years.
JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC
Offering long-lasting results, JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA XC is formulated with VYCROSS® for a smooth consistency that makes it ideal for lip augmentation, as well as diminishing stubborn vertical lip lines (often referred to as “smoker’s lines”). FDA-approved for patients 21 and up, VOLBELLA is composed of hyaluronic acid (HA) and can provide natural-looking lip enhancement for as long as two years before retreatment is needed. Some swelling may occur after treatment, but this should resolve after a day or two.
JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ XC
With the ability to address moderate to severe wrinkles and lines, JUVÉDERM VOLLURE XC is made with VYCROSS® technology, resulting in a cohesive consistency that provides lasting results. This HA-based facial filler is FDA-approved to address common areas of concern such as nasolabial folds and smile lines in patients over 21. Many patients are able to retain results for up to 24 months.
The JUVÉDERM Procedure
JUVÉDERM begins with an examination of the face to determine which formula will produce the best results. Once the areas in need of correction are identified and a proper formulation is selected, Dr. Malamet carefully injects JUVÉDERM into carefully chosen areas of the face. JUVÉDERM will smooth moderate to severe wrinkles, and the results can last up to 6 months.
JUVÉDERM Key Facts:

The results of JUVÉDERM will be immediately visible following the procedure but will improve over time as the JUVÉDERM softens and begins to settle into place.
